Stay Long term with us at one of our studio’s at Sylvie Resort
Interested in staying longer on the beautiful island Curacao at Sylvie Resort? See the prices and conditions below. This studio is suitable for a couple or a single person (25+). It is located in one of the best zones of Curacao (Cas Grandi) only 5 auto minutes away from the popular Jan Thiel.
This studio has a separate kitchen and bathroom. It also has a private terrace and a shared garden with sunbeds directly located next to the studio. The garden is shared with another studio. It offers privacy for both studio’s.
It is also possible to rent both studios when you come with your friend or co-worker to Curacao. We don’t allow students or “stagiaires".
Upstairs you can find the pool with a view and a pallapa which offers shade and a nice bar. Also you can find there the washing machine to wash your clothes and towels.
Prices - studio (nr 1) long term - minimum of 4 months
Normal season: 900 euro plus 150 euro airco use per month
Mid Season: 1000 euro plus 150 euro airco use per month
High Season: 1500 euro plus 150 euro airco use per month
Prices are excluding extra airco use, Water, Tourist Tax (7%) and cleaning.

Water = 2 euro per night (one time per adult per week of using the washing machine is included)
Extra use Airco = 0,50 euro per kwh
In between Cleaning every 2 weeks = 25 euro per time
End- cleaning: 200 euro
NB we are planning to install a solar system this year (2025) so the airco costs will probably reduced to nothing or a little.
